Fort Miley
Lincoln Park - Lobos, San Francisco, CA, USA
Fort Miley is a classic San Francisco spot. It is an old army fort which is no longer used. There are a couple of concrete pyramids. There is a steep one with a high railing on top, and a smaller, mellower one with no railing. This spot has been in many videos over the years.
There are picnic tables, grills, and nice views of Ocean Beach. This is a nice place to gather with friends and chill out for a Skate BBQ.
To get here, take the 38 Geary bus all the way to the end. If you're driving, take Geary to 43rd Ave, and hang a right. After you cross Clement Street, you will see parking spaces on your left. Park there and you'll see a trail heading west, which will take you to the spot.

It's harder to skate here than it looks. Definitely a fun place to chill out, BBQ, enjoy the views, and goof around on the banks... but don't come here expecting an awesome skate spot.
